As the first week in November draws near, Farmer Construction is putting the finishing touches on the two houses in Sidney they are building for me. That’s exciting news, as that means I can get ready to market and sell them.

Let me tell you about these houses, as they are well designed, well built and offer a great location.

Both homes have the same floor plan. They are two storey, three bedroom and two and a half bathroom homes. The main floor living space is 864 square feet with an oversized 273 square foot garage. This offers peace of mind to the new home buyer, should anything go wrong.

These homes are located in the up and coming area of South-East Sidney. They are walking distance from all downtown Sidney amenities – shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and services. In a few minutes you can be walking by the seaside, pedalling along a bike trail or making the short drive to buy your produce direct from Saanich Peninsula farmers.
